Welcome to Five Alarm Dumpsters. By booking a dumpster rental or junk removal service in Pasco County, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order. Any violation of these terms and conditions may result in additional fees.

1. Service Area

This Terms & Conditions page applies to services provided within Pasco County, including but not limited to New Port Richey, Hudson, Port Richey, Land O’ Lakes, Wesley Chapel, Zephyrhills, Dade City, and surrounding areas.

2. Rental Period & Extensions

Our standard roll-off dumpster rental includes a 3-day rental period. Extensions are available for an additional fee. All extension requests must be approved prior to the end of the original rental period.

3. Prohibited & Special-Handling Items

The following items must not be placed inside the dumpster and should be placed outside and next to the bin for proper disposal:

• Oil – Additional fees apply for more than 5 gallons of oil.

• Car batteries

• Lithium batteries

• Fluorescent bulbs

• Propane tanks

• Household Chemicals

• Large metal items like appliances, grills, car parts, metal doors, and workout equipment

Small amounts of concrete can be hand-loaded into the dumpster with construction debris. No large amounts of concrete or soil, or machine loading of concrete or soil, are allowed.

Tires are allowed in the dumpster in Pasco County only; contact us for oversized, semi, or tractor tires.

Paint is allowed in the dumpster in Pasco County only.

Contact us before placing any questionable items in the dumpster to avoid additional charges or refusal of pickup.

4. Mixed Loads

Mixed loads of construction debris, household items, and yard waste are not accepted in Pasco County. The only exception is yard waste no larger than 3” in diameter may be included with household items.

5. Placement & Access

Customer is responsible for ensuring a clear and accessible location for dumpster delivery and pickup. Driveways must be free of vehicles and obstructions. If we are unable to deliver or pick up due to blocked access, a return trip fee may apply.

6. Weight Limits & Overages

Weight limits vary depending on dumpster size and service type. Exceeding weight limits may result in additional disposal fees. Customer will be notified of any overage charges.

7. Damage Responsibility

Customers are responsible for any damage to the dumpster while in their possession, excluding normal wear and tear. Placement on driveways may cause minor surface marks.

8. Payment & Cancellation

Full payment is due at the time of drop off.

9. Junk Removal Terms

For full-service junk removal in Pasco County, pricing is based on load size, labor, and disposal fees. Quotes provided via photos, video calls, or in-person visits are estimates; final pricing will be confirmed after inspection.

10. Limitation of Liability

Five Alarm Dumpsters is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by severe weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and applicable Pasco County regulations.
